Yuquan Language School is founded by Ms. Sonya Song Yu Hong in 1997. Ms. Song has been actively involved in the Chinese Language education scene in Singapore since 1993. Besides teaching, she has been conducting on-going research on teaching methodologies in effective and efficient learning outcomes on Chinese Characters for the past 20 years. The findings of her research have been incorporated in the Yuquan Chinese Language teaching methodology and curriculum. The successful learning outcome of the students’ ability to recognize the Chinese Characters in a much faster way is the evidence of Ms. Song’s proven teaching methodology. The proven good result in student is also reflected in the growing enrolment of the Language school.

For more than 15 years, Yuquan Language School’s research and development on Chinese Language learning approach and methodology have benefited students from Kindergarten to GCE Advance Level and adults who want to learn Chinese as a second language.
